CA Precision API Monitoring 3.4 - Back End

Hi,

While working with the CA Precision API Monitoring 3.4, I have several services calling other services and external web services.

While the local services are register as backend correctly, the external web services are empy ("http://")

does anyone knows where to look for the issue?
Is there anything I forgot to configure?, Everything else is working great.
