    Hi folks,
any idea what to do to get back metrics, agents.. any info out of Teamcenter?
Following pictures can show you my dilemma:

Login with an Admin account... no data
a lot of nodes.. no transaction follow up
No data even at metric level..
Already performed steps to clear webview an em cache.

    any Idea/suggestion?

    regards
    Harold

    Hi Harold,

in the 2nd screenshot everything is grey: the "Alert Status" of your GENERIC_FRONTEND is "Unknown", there are 0 metrics and alerts shown in the tab. That mean that the corresponding agents are not connected/not generating those metrics.

Unfortunately, currently it is not possible to "mount disconnected agents" as in WebView. But this capability is currently in progress.

    1. Investigate why agents are disconnected.
    2. As workaround use WebView

    Hello Guenter,
Thanks a lot for your answer.

I finally took the fastest way: to reinstall the database.

It took a while but now I'm seeing agents, experience cards and everything as usual.

I do not understand why there was not any single msg at log level warning about any issue related to postgresql.

    Regards,
    Harold
