DX SaaS -- IntroScopeAgent not creating a log file, just autoprobe

I have a 20.4 Introscope agent for java, and I have it configured on the WebSphere Console with the required properties for it to start up at the WebSphere Server starts up.

the WebSphere server starts up, however, I have no logfile generated in the logs directory, just some odd lines in the autoprobe.log ---

has anyone encountered this error?

Hello Pat,

Check the JVM log and see if you can find any type of messages related to APM Agent?
What configuration you have performed for APM agent to get it enabled?
There are multiple logs directory under agent, check for other logs.
