    Hello to everyone around the world,
    Trust you all are doing good and keeping safe during this global pandemic.
    Please our CA APM robot cannot access or read ISO 8535 message format.
    Can anyone tell me If there is an Agent/Probes that do this and if it could be gotten from CA.

    Hello,

    It is not clear which APM Agent are you using and how are you using the APM Agent. You can review the following online document which explains well how the APM Agent works and what data APM Agent collects.

    We are using Java agent, 10.7 version WAS Application.
