Hello, we met problem with getting traces for Tomcat agent.
Agent collect metrics but no auto-traces and no traces in manual mode.
For installation we downloaded Tomcat default package from Command Center (without any customization)
We are using DX SaaS, and we have no problems with Java agent and .Net agent, which were installed the same way as Tomcat agent.
I suspect the the reason may be in compatibility as Tomcat installed on CentOS 7 (Core), kernel 3.10.0-1062.1.1.el7.x86_64,
however in Compatibility matrix specified Oracle Linux 7.x
Could anybody advise what can be the reason of that issue?
