  • 1.  CA APM WEBVIEW full version license

    Dear Team,

    We are using CA APM tool with introscope version10.1 in SAP solution manager.But we are unable to access options like New Alert,New differential control etc. we understood that is because we are using only right to view version and we need to get full version with license.

    Can please some body help me with process of getting full version and license for the same.

    Hi Anusha,
    I'm not sure if you have received any replies directly to this post.

    RTV/SED 10.1 is no longer supported and you are required to upgrade to at least 10.7. If you have not done this, please contact SAP because you will also need to update the Solution Manager.

    Hi Haruhiko,

    we have the same problem and we're using the version 10.7.
    We sent an e-mail to the sales to know about how work the licensing and we're still waiting... We sent it about two months ago, we have resent it today.
    Because as per the SAP Note 797147, the formerly available product SAP Extended Diagnostics by CA Wily is no longer on SAP pricelist and we need to request directly you about the equivalent package and the prices.

    When you purchased SED, you should've received a license file (*.lic) which must be copied to your SED installation. Once the file has been copied, you must restart the Enterprise Manager.

    If you did not get the license file, please contact your company's asset management team and ask for the file. Otherwise you can request another copy be sent to your company's representative via our customer support portal. Open a support ticket to initiate the process.
