Alert Trigger Notification: Report Only Final State Whenever Severity Changes

Hello,
we are on APM 10.7 and we configured a simple alert like this:
Danger Threshold: 5
Period over Th: 4
Observed: 4

Caution Threshold: 5
Period over Th: 2
Observed: 4

We received the mail with alert status for Danger (4 point in 4 periods over threshold), but not the resolution mail as expected when the problem was solved. What could be the reason?

Enable "Notify by individual metric". If you do not, then you will not get notified until every metric in the metric grouping has match the either the caution or danger thresholds you have set.

Enabling "Notify by individual metric" I have different mail from each one that breach the threshold, but I don't receive the Normal email. I don't understand how "Report Only Final State Whenever Severity Changes" really works.
