  • 1.  Error during SAML auth setup

    Community Members,

    We are trying to setup SAML auth for our tenant account. After our initial configuration, we are receiving the following error during authentication.

    "SAML Response doesn't include principal(user) identifier"


    We have specified the following attributes in claims to be sent to the SAML response.
    1. surname
    2. givenname
    3. emailaddress
    4. group information

    Does DX APM need any additional attributes?

    This may help you if you are using on promise 10.7.
