  • 1.  Unable to monitor IIS App pools

    Hello Community,

    The customer is using CA APM 10.7 with SP3 deployed. 

    We are unable to monitor one of the .net application hosted over IIS.  The .Net framework is compatible with CA APM.

    Only native profiler logs are getting generated with message "Application w3wp.exe is an IIS process AppPool FltOpsAdmin not monitored".
    I have used wilypermission.exe too.
     
    In the agent profile file, I can see the app pools under the below Introscope property:-

    introscope.agent.dotnet.monitorAppPools= "NULL","DefaultAppPool","Crewapp","FltOps","FltOpsAdmin","Jumpseat",".NET v4.5", ".NET v4.5 Classic"

    Hi Davis,

    That is resolved now.

    After adding the user at performance monitor group.
