C/C++ with CA APM on-premise

Dear All,

We are on CA APM 10.7 with SP2 on-premises setup. Customer is using application servers that run C/C++ applications.

Is there a way to monitor those applications. I have seen the documentation of C++ agent for CA Digital Experience Insights setup. 

Can we use that agent for APM on-premises setup ??
