How to configure spring boot application with CA APM 10.7

anybody have any idea about how to monitor spring boot Application using embedded Tomcat with CA APM 10.3 Java Agent or any other.

 

Linux version: 7.5 64 bit

Wily EM Version: 10.7.0.45

We are using traditional environment and earlier we saw the second link. Here we didn't found any configuration part.

Please provide the what are the configuration changes needed to change and instructions.
