    Hello i cant fix the problem,

    i try to use the CMD Command 

    S:\Introscope 10.5>introscope10.5.2.91windowsAMD64SAP.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_45\bin\java.exe"

    the same fail

    Dearr Andre:

      This error seems to occur even without installing APM. Use an earlier Java release . 

    Can other Community members mention other suggestions?

    iawin32.dll not found during 64 bit windows install...

    Launch the Introscope installer with JRE 1.8 u45 or earlier version using the following syntax:

    Introscope.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_45\bin\java.exe"
    This allows the installer to be launched using 1.8u45 instead of using the JRE bundled within the installer.

    To uninstall CA APM on a Windows 10 platform, use the following command:

    Uninstaller.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_45\bin\java.exe"

    Thx 4 the help now ist works, 

    i make a mistake 

    introscope10.5.2.91windowsAMD64SAP.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_45\bin\java.exe"  <- this whas the fail

     

    whits 

    introscope10.5.2.91windowsAMD64SAP.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_45\bin\java.exe" this works

    Also make sure your JRE is 64-bit or vice versa.

    Also make sure you're executing the EXE inside an administrator command prompt.

    This is a known "InstallAnywhere" issue affecting not only the EM installer,  apart form the .NET agent MSI, it affects the workstation, agents installer, powerpack exe, ADA and APM Cloud Monitor in both Windows and Unix

     

    I have compiled all common error messages across different products and platforms and created KB000111991 for future reference

    Introscope installers fail or will not start - CA Knowledge
