  • 1.  PMIs don't appears in Instroscope 9.6

    Hi everybody,

     

    We are trying to show PMI metrics but they don't appear in the Investigator Tree. We configure both (WebSphere & Introscope Agent) as the follow instructions say:

     

    Enable PMI Module Through WebSphere Application Server Administration Console - CA Application Performance Management - … 

     

    Configuring IntroscopeAgent.profile to report PMI metrics - CA Application Performance Management - 9.6 - CA Technologie… 

     

    But WebSphere PMI metrics still don't appear.

     

    Do somebody have a clue for this?

    Please check the WAS admin console to ensure the custom startup class is associated with the JVMs you want to monitor.

    Check out system.out, system.err, and native_std[out|err] logs.
