I have a customer with service Management 17 OnPremise and DXI.
We need to monitor the Service Management performance (infrastructure and application), and more detail xFlow (presenting low response).
Has anyone did that?
Looping in Hiko_Davis and Guenter_Grossberger for any additional input.
Following a recomendation shared by email@example.com (Steps to configure CA Application Performance Management (APM) to monitor the Service Desk Manager Tomcat instance ). I'll use a Tomcat agent configured on NX.env Service Manager configuration file.
It works perfectly and the time response was aceptable!
I hope find the SM issue to share it with yours.
