    Attention Community Members:

We would like to invite you to share your insights on our CA APM tools through a new review program called IT Central Station. It's like Yelp or TripAdvisor, but for enterprise software solutions.

Your submission can be for CA APM, CA App Experience Analytics or CA App Synthetic Monitor and will help other users make better-informed product selection decisions, as well as provide insight for our development efforts.

IT Central Station does all of the work and will ask your permission before the review is posted:

    • Reviews only take 10 minutes and can be done either online or over the phone.
    • Your review can be anonymous – only your industry and company size is listed.
    • You will have full control, and can edit or delete the review at any time.
    • Your email address will not appear on their site.

Your opinion matters to us and to IT Central Station peers. Anyone in your organization who is a user of one of the products mentioned above can submit a review. If you’re interested in participating in the program, please reach out to Ashley.George@ca.com or comment on this post.

For anyone not familiar with IT Central Station, here’s a sample of an anonymous CA APM review we captured during CA World:

CA APM REVIEW: It Improves Our Total Customer Experience And Reduces Our Operational Costs, Though CA Should Marry It With The UIM Technology.

    Thank you!

I very much encourage everyone who uses APM to go out there and post/publish/submit a review. This is going to help out not only the product group (CA) but also existing and new consumers who are window shopping.

    Good Luck
