team center exclude filter

Is there a way to configure a filter to exclude?  We are running tomcat ans seeing the "Welcome to Tomcat " Application and we would look to exclude that Application for the Universe.  I understand I can just unclick "Select All" and unclick "Welcome to Tomcat", but that would not catch new application when they are added.

Given your response, it gave me the impression that it was possible, but I just wasn't thinking enough about it. :-)

 

using regex contain rule I populated a custom attribute using a condition filter "^((?!Welcome to Tomcat|Tomcat Manager Application).)*$"  this also removed the "Tomcat Manger Application".
