    Hello,

Lately i'm involved with an upgrade from version 9.7 to 10.5.2 and i'm migrating the customer's extensions. In the current setup, they have two extensions: "PowerPackForWAS_Distributed" and "PowerPackForWebLogicServer". I can't see something similar to these in the 10.5.2's examples or marketplace. Should i migrate these extensions directly from the old version or do we have a new approach to display websphere and weblogic metrics?

    Thanks in Advance.

    Dear Burak:

If you do not hear back soon from anyone, please open a case. Will try to ask people internally to respond

    Thanks

    Hello Burak,

These components were removed from Support in APM 10.3:

CA Application Performance Management Compatibility Guides - CA Technologies for APM 10.3 under "What's New":

    Removed From Support
    Agent - Powerpack

    Websphere
    Weblogic
    Websphere Portal
    WebLogic Portal
    WPS/ESB
    IBM BPM
    SiteMinder Powerpack

Copying the files from an older release should work, but is not officially supported.

This was also asked in Yammer.

You can use the old PP. They have been dropped from 10.5 as it wasn't anticipated they were used by many customers. Perhaps they can be added at a later date.
