  • 1.  APMSQL 10.5.1 Command Line Extraction

    Posted May 12, 2017 05:40 AM

    Hello everyone,

Has anyone been able to pull extractions from APMSQL via the command line, either PERL, KSH, or PYTHON?  I was looking to move from CLW queries and use this functionality instead to decrease the amount of load on the backend.  I was able to get SQuireL to work, but looking to automate these extractions, like CLW.

    Thanks!

    Hi Earl:

Converting to a discussion since more of a how-to/customization question

    Thanks

Please asked these questions over on APM-DEV (http://bit.ly/caapm_dev). We have a discussion going on there about this.

    Haruhiko:

Do you have an updated link for this discussion, now that the broadcom merger is complete?  We are very much interested in how to script APMSQL activities.

    Thanks,
    Mike.

Is there an updated URL for this?
The one provided is out of date.

    We can discuss over email.

For everyone else, please make sure if you're running the instance on the remote host, closely follow the instructions and ensure you are creating the filesystem as it's described (ie the APMSQL property file is in the right location as it's not configurable).
