  • 1.  SMTP Email Action URL parameters

    Posted Feb 08, 2016 03:10 PM

    I have enabled the SMTP Email action and it is working fine but I would like to know what the parameters refer to. Is there any explanation of what the parameters mean? Here is an example of what I mean. I have replaced some customer-specific labels with ***. et, st, re are presumably the start, end and resolution times (in unix epoch time at a guess). What do tab-in=, tab-tv= and tr= refer to?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi:

    Looking at the documentation, all I can find is this is part of the alert URL and nothing more. Perhaps others can have more information

    Thanks

    OK I dug further. i believe this is true

    tab-tv appears to be Metric Browser Type Viewer Tab

    tab-in = Investigator tab

    tr= Time range

    Thanks Hal. That would seem to make sense.

    Hi Roger:

    I created this KB that formally documents this for the first time -- What are the Rich Email Alert Notification values?
