ADA console no data available

Dears,

 

we have the bellow environment:

- MTP appliance release 10.1

- TIM release 9.5 installed on MTP appliance

===> see attached "MTP software versions" snapshot to have clear idea about what is installed on MTP appliance.

- ADA Console release 10.5

 

I added the monitoring device into ADA Console, I can see current sessions in ADA Console interface, but nothing is shown in graphs even I define networks, servers ..... see attached snapshot "no data ADA console1"

 

the MTP collect well the data see the attached snapshot "MTP traffic"

 

please any help?

in the IM product group . This is the appropriate place to seek an answer since your question is about ADA Monitor and not TIM.

 

Note that APM TIM 9.5 supports MTP 10 and not 10.1

but the issue between ADA Console and MTP appliance, TIM should not have any impact.
