    Hello All,

     

    I would like to ask your assistance on this.

     

    We currently installed the Introscope .Net and SharePoint monitonr on a server but a sub-agent is disabled. How can we enable it?

    Have you checked the Windows Services console?

    Check if there is a w3wp.exe process currently running on this server. IIS stops the worker process if no requests are coming in and will spawn a new process if traffic is coming in.
