    Hi,

I need for test proposes disable the .NET Agent but stay with CA APM PerfMon Collector Service running.

    I try:

Comment the line below in Introscope.profile:

    #introscope.agent.dotnet.monitorApplications=w3wp.exe,aspnet_wp.exe

    and

    #introscope.agent.dotnet.monitorAppPools= "AppPool-WebApplication"

With this configuration the App Pools when recycling, start giving erros:

A process serving application pool 'AppPool-WebApplication' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '21696'. The data field contains the error number.

The second try was changing the value to 0x0 of the environment variable "Cor_Enable_Profiling". With this the Perfmon Collector Service start but don't collect any data.

    Any clue?

    Thanks,

    Hi Gnanawathy and HALLETT,

Is now working as expected turning off the "Introscope.autoprobe.enable" property.

    Thanks

    Tiago
