I have installed CA APM 10.0 in which i am using both CEM and Introscope. In triage map some business transactions are missing for some business service and these transactions are not displaying in Business Segment section also.
The alerts on Customer Experience in triage map are not reporting, it is grayed out.
Please help me how can i resolve this.
If you are missing both CEM Business Service/Business Transaction nodes (RTTM/btstats) & corresponding Agent Business Segment nodes that implies both types of CEM-Introscope integration are failing for the BT in question so it may be config related
However if other BTs & Business Segments are visible then it suggests the config is OK & it points more towards a monitoring problem for the specific missing BTs.
Have you checked the CEM UI to see if any defects are reported for the BTs under Incident Management?
A Support case may be more applicable for this scenario if you do not already have one.
Yes the defects are generated in the incident management in CEM.But they are not displayed under Business Segment.
Please open a support case as we will need to analyse agent DEBUG logs to verify CEM BT Business Parameter matching
