    Hi Team,

    Seeing following error message in MOM logs very frequently. Any advise on the probable root cause?

    "Uncaught Exception in Enterprise Manager:  In thread Alarm Pooled Worker and the message is java.lang.NullPointerException"

    Hi Manish,

     

    This generally has to do with what is going on at the time.  I would need to see the log file to determine exactly what the problem is.

     

    Alarm Pooled Worker has to do with the alert mechanism.  An example would be sending an SNMP action on an alert or an incorrect email address in an SMTP action.
