    Hi Sree,

     

    Run below command to see Introscope_Enterprise_Manager process in your SUSE platform.

     

    ps -ef | grep java

     

    If you have another java process running, this command will list those as well. But you should be able to find your enterprise manager process

    You should be able to see APM home directory as well in process information. Navigate to home directory and go to 'bin' folder.

    Run below command once you are in bin folder

     

    ./EMCtrl.sh stop

     

    This will stop the collector. To start, run below command

     

    ./EMCtrl.sh start

    ps -ef | grep Introscope will only show Introscope processes.

    Yes all documents are there but there are 2000+ pages, so for me it will take more time to read and its difficult to understand too.

    OK any way i will try my level best and can you provide the shell script for IntroscopeWebview to start automatically.
