Whether I need to restart any services ?
Hello,
It appears the agent is not actually instrumenting the app, though the agent itself is up. Check the autoprobe log in your agent wily/logs directory. It will tell you if there is a syntax error or conflict [such as in a custom .pbd] preventing autoprobe from instrumenting your bytecode. The IntroscopeAgent.log will tell you any other events impacting agent processing.

Janelle is actualy able to give you this statement because there are no single metrics in the agent which are PBD related (Frontend/Backend/JMS/EJB/Servlets/JSP/etc.).
all the metrics you see are basic informations provided by the agent functionality of hooking in to e.g. JMX information (CPU/Memory/GC).
There may be no agent log files because these symptoms can occur when Agent.jar is loaded but agent profile is not loaded, so no logging config is enabled.
Please check the syntax of the agent JVM parameters in the WebSphere instance startup.
Hope it helps
