We have UI servers and App servers in our environment.
CA APM does not show me the relation between UI and App servers.
I only see a list of aspx files under ASP.NET section.
What should I do to co-relate UI and App?

First we recommend changing your profile to pass along your name. I am guessing that there have been no answers to this question because it seems high-level. This may eventually be a case but some more details are needed.
What vendor and version of UI and App Server are you using? What type of relationship are you wanting to see?
