    Hi sandeep,

    1. Go to support.ca.com > Download products > Select the product as CA Application Performance Management - MULTI-PLATFORM

    2. Provide the Release as 9.7 and GEN level.

    3. For Tomcat Download Introscope Agent Installers r9.7.1 (GEN02112331E.tar).

    4. Start the Installer and Select TOMCAT in the application server type.

    Hi Sandeep,

There is a Tomcat agent (no installer) image on the 9.7.1 download page towards the bottom of the list

Introscope Agent Files for Apache Tomcat-No Installer r9.7.1

    GEN03135411E.tar

Alternatively you can download the agent installer image

    Introscope Agent Installers r9.7.1

    GEN02112331E.tar

You can then following the instructiosn in the java Agent Implementation Guide for details on how to configure it.

    Thanks

    Mike

    Hi Sandeep,

Normally there a "Introscope Agent Files for Apache Tomcat-No Installer*" but I see for 9.7.1 for some reason it is not there even though it is listed in the pdf.

The "Introscope Java Agent Files for All Application Servers-No Installer" should also contain the Tomcat files or the "Introscope Agent Installers*" has the installer program which covers all AppServers.

    Hope this helps

    Regards,

    Lynn
