I see some proactive features of CA APM.
For example, it can detect an unusual increase in the response time.
But I don't know how I can take these analysis from CA APM.
You have this kind of analysis on Heuristics metrics. You have them shown on Investigator when you stand on Agent level, for each agent. You can also see them on Heuristics folder of each Agent.
What unusual values are you looking for?
While the Heuristics metrics are accessible, the "What's Interesting" messages are not. The Heuristic metrics are
•0 means not reporting (should rarely see this)
•1 means normal
•2 means abnormal
•3 means very abnormal
And precludes the message
"The current value is 8, while the typical value is 0."
Have you looked into the Application Behavior Analytic (ABA)? I don't have any experience with ABA so can't really speak on if it will help you answer your question or if there is an Idea that you could expand your issue within.
