    Currently when we deploy a web service via 2e (YCRTWS) the service gets deployed with all the method's value for "Error response output parameter" set to *NONE.  When deploying natively from IWS we can specify *ALL for this value and it will then return the output parms even when we set the httpStatus to 400 level or higher.
    See these notes from IBMi on where this value is and how to set it.  We would either like the option on the YCRTWS command to set this to either *ALL or *NONE or just have it always create the ws with the *ALL instead of *NONE.
