ActiveX errors

We have a user that got a new PC and he is getting OCX Control errors (screen shot attached).  In the past we have placed the SYSWOW64 and ran regsvr32 and that usually works.  How can we get this resolved?

I believe this error is from the Treeview control if you try and add the same node twice.  Have you reviewed the data being loaded?  If the treeview is reloaded, you may need to clear it first.
