  • 1.  Unable to connect to registry due to 507 Insufficient Storage Dradis Cache error

    Posted Mar 31, 2020 06:05 AM
    Hi Team,

We are facing issue starting the registry. Seeing below exception in registry.log.

We are able to connect to external DB which Devtest servers are pointed to and have enough disk space in registry servers.

If we need to clear the dradis cache what is the step to clear it.

    Logs:

    Hi Anupam,

You can purge the data from ED to clear space.

Hello Anupam: A couple of things - We internally use the dradis cache for logging info on the various components as well as user audit info. Recommendation is to not delete that cache.

    - Have you checked space for both the ED as well as the Registry databases?
    - I am seeing that you might be on 10.3 which is an unsupported version as of this month. Any plans to upgrade to 10.6?

    Thanks.
