  • 1.  Enterprise Dashboard reporting

    We recently upgraded to version 10.5 and have not been able to pull accurate usage metrics from either the "Export usage audit data" or "export all license usage data" reports.  The summary counts are inaccurate.  Has anyone experienced this issue with 10.5?

    Hello Mr. CN (devtools) - 

    1. What should you be seeing and what are you actually getting from the Dashboard?
    2. When you upgraded, was this an in-place upgrade?
    3. Did you reuse the same dashboard and registry database when upgrading from a prior version or did you point to a new database?

    Please provide more information on the 'inaccurate metrics'.
