Lisa 10.6.0: On starting ED getting Connection refused error

Hi Team,

On starting ED we are getting Connection refused error as below,

Error connecting to server localhost on port 1,530 with message Connection refused (Connection refused).

• Pointed to external Oracle DB from site.properties
• Devtest Version 10.6.0

Could you please suggest.

Hi Harika,

In 10.6, to configure external DB for ED you have to edit the configuration in dradis.properties. 

Also, make sure value of "dradis.db.internal.enabled" is set to false

In case of External DB configuration for Registry, you have to edit site.properties and mark below param as false 

lisadb.internal.enabled

Yes, we have set this in both dradis & site.properties files,

dradis.db.internal.enabled=false
lisadb.internal.enabled=false

Also do we need to have a blank schema created for ED and a separate schema for registry?

are all components on same machine? (i.e. ED, Registry & DB)

Also, please share the values configured in both properties files along with the error log.
