To configure JMS queues for Tibco , please follow the steps below
Under projects, Go to project.config. Click on the Assets +
1. Create a Tibco JMS Connection Factory
Under TIBCO >JMS Connection Factory> Direct JMS 1.0 Queue Connection Factory for TIBCO EMS
Enter the Server URL here.. and the username /password.
2. Add a JMS Connection
Select the Tibco JMS Connection Factory we created earlier. We do not have to provide username/password here. 
3. Create a JMS Session
Link it to the JMS connections here.
4. Create the JMS destination Queues
Provide the Queue Name , and the JMS session.
