  • 1.  error Download ".mar" file in Portal

    Hello everyone.

    I am facing a problem with the Portal to download deployed services, whenever I select the option it downloads a file called "undefined.zip" instead of the file with the extension ".mar". I've tried to download it using the API and it doesn't work either.

    Would anyone know how to answer what may be happening?

    The version of DevTest is 10.4.0.

    Hi Michel,

    This behavior is observed when the downloaded item gets corrupted (could be because of multiple reasons like connection reset while download etc.).

    Also, can you try creating a mar file for your deployed service manually and test once.

    I am having two problems that may be the possible cause of the error.

    The first is this error that appears on the Portal:
    An error occurred while retrieving the list of VSE servers.

    The second cause may be the VPN used.

    We will investigate the problem further and when it is solved I post the solution here.

    Hi Matheus,

    This error usually comes when a deployed services gets corrupted. You have to clear the VSE_Deploy folder and try restarting the portal.

    We applied this procedure and it worked perfectly, even the performance improved significantly.
