I am having two problems that may be the possible cause of the error.
The first is this error that appears on the Portal:
An error occurred while retrieving the list of VSE servers.
The second cause may be the VPN used.
We will investigate the problem further and when it is solved I post the solution here.

This behavior is observed when the downloaded item gets corrupted (could be because of multiple reasons like connection reset while download etc.).
Also, can you try creating a mar file for your deployed service manually and test once.
