Does CA devtest portal supports user defined reporting

Hi All,

We are working on deploying multiple CVS monitors for the certain environment, as a part of reporting Stakeholder needs a weekly report which would show the reason of the failure of the monitors and how many times it failed in a week and then drill down further when it failed. 
We were able to extract the data from the Database (Dev test database) but wanted to know is there a way we could have these reporting in the portal so that the stakeholder login and view the report.
