Virtualization of a Windows Fileshare server using SBM protocol.

Hello Community.  We have an OnBase Application which uses a  File Server to store documents.  The protocol between OnBase and the File Server is SMB.  Has anyone implemented service virtualization of Windows File Server using SMB protocol out of the box or with custom handlers?  Any suggestions including any potential  workarounds welcome?

Hi Manjit,

As per my understanding, SMB is a client-server protocol and CA DevTest doesn't have any out-of-the-box support for it. However, you can explore the TCP based virtualization in this case as SMB uses TCP underneath.
