Working with Binary RR pairs

I have got a .bin RR pair and I need to decode the request in data protocol filter. We have done similar sort of stuff for Base64 data but facing issues with these .bin files. (I am trying to do it using scriptable data protocol filter)

The encoding is IBM037.

We need to filter out some data from request so need to decode it. Please provide your useful inputs.

Yes, scriptable data protocol is the right option for this.

Do you mean, you want to decode a IBM037 message?
