How Broker Identifies the VSE when more than one VSE connected to Registry

    Hi All, 

    My Current DevTest setup - 
    * Registry , Broker , one Functional VSE running on Server 1 . 

    * Performance Enabled VSE is running on Server 2 . 

    Problem Statement - 
    DB Virtual Service when deployed on Server1 VSE then we are getting expected response as service request is reaching to VSE on Server1 . 

    But if I deploy same service on Server2 VSE (and removed from Server 1) then I don't see any requests being routed to Server2 VSE , so my service fails. 

    Is there any way to configure in broker, which VSE to call for agent based Java Virtualization. 

    DevTest Version - 10.4 
    Application Server - Fusion Web logic Server
