Devtest connectivity with Teradata DB

Hello Team,

Does CA devtest supports Teradata database. If so, could you please provide steps or doc links on how to set up the connectivity between devtest & Teradata db.

Hi Harika,

As per my understanding, TeraData is not supported as an OOB feature.

You can try using the below jars(along with connection string, driver name etc.) to establish the connectivity using the jdbc steps:

teradata jars: terajdbc4.jar & tdgssconfig.jar

           Is your question about using Teradata to install the product ? The answer is No. But if your question is about connecting to Teradata as part of a test case of a Virtual Service, then the answer depends on the JDBC connectivity available to Teradata. The product supports standard JDBC step which could be used with Teradata.
