10.6 IAM UI - Sync LDAP group with IAM error

Hi Team,

As we click on sync LDAP groups to IAM we are getting below error on server.logs,

2020-09-23 00:55:27,120 INFO  [org.keycloak.services] (default task-167) KC-SERVICES0087: Syncing data for mapper 'group mapper' of type 'group-ldap-mapper'. Direction: fedToKeycloak
2020-09-23 00:55:27,639 ERROR [org.keycloak.services.error.KeycloakErrorHandler] (default task-167) Uncaught server error: java.lang.NullPointerException

However, on Test Connect and Test Authentication BIND DN are successful.

Please suggest.

Hi Harika,

The error indicates an unknown issue with the Keycloak server. I know you have a support case open, related to the LDAP sync not working. We should be able to look at this from that support case as well, since this is related to the sync issue.
