Virtual Service Metric Report not populating

Hi Team,

I had deployed virtual service model into VSE. In DevTest Portal, the metric reports are generated for the first few days but suddenly it is not populating and only able to view for the the previous report data. But the transaction count in the VSE monitoring screen is still showing the usage.
In properties file, lisa.vse.metric.collect = true.

Could it possibly due to the db storage? How to check the setting/properties for where the data is being extract from?

Catherine,

Metric data is stored in the Registry database.  I would check the following log files:

registry.log
vse.log

These will show any errors.
