    Hi All,

I am having strange issue . please suggest solution for this below issue.

I have deployed services which are integrated with JDBC(MySQL) and working fine.
due to logging issue, DB support team suggested to change User Data Base Recovery Model to "SIMPLE" from "FULL".
Since that change deployed services are not working(if we have integrated DB step in Model), however models are working fine when we ran in ITR mode.

    Thanks,
    Venu

    Hi Venu,
Could you please share us the error which you are getting when you use this JDBC step in virtual service. Also try by un checking the "Use Connection pool" check box in JDBC step (if it is checked) and re-deploy the service.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Venu,

As suggested by Srikanth, A restart and connection Pool option check should be able to resolve the issue. Ensure you have proper permissions on the folders writing the log files etc. as well (assuming your VSE is hosted on the same machine where you are running the ITR).

Share the error if it still persists.
