    Good Morning,

    I have a very simple GET Rest API test and need to know how to define parameters and header information.

    https://acpt-connect.unum.com/clients/v1/{p_GetMemberEnterpriseId}/members/{p_PersonEnterpriseId}

    I also need to define a apikey

    Thanks,

    Are you using REST step in a Test case in DevTest? If so, you can define the information in the REST Step-->Headers Tab.

    Please look at the documentation at https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/devops/devtest-solutions/10-3/reference/test-step-descriptions/web-web-services-steps/rest-step.html

    The rest-example test case in the examples project demonstrates how to use this step.See the below screenshot:

    Good Morning Prema,

                    I have not created a Virtual Service, because I cannot record the transaction, nor I have access to RR, nor WSDL, or Swager,
                    so I was trying to create an API Test. In my case how do you access the parameters and header information? What is the format
                    for a valid GET Request?

    Thanks,

    In REST step, you can add the headers information in the Headers tab. The valid headers are depend on your API call and your Developer should provide you that information.

    Good Afternoon,

    I think the confusion here is that I'm using the Portal and I do not see Headers and Headers tab. How would you perform the same operation using the portal?

    Thanks,

    You can add headers as part of your request. Look at the screenshot below:

    If you click on Sample, it will show you the examples.
