Can we able to access the license usage report from the database directly using some read-only queries.

CA consider the internal workings of the DevTest database to be proprietary, and are therefore unable to offer any advice when it comes to direct database access.

 

If there is functionality that you need that cannot be achieved through other means then it would be best to raise an "Idea" here to have the functionality added to the product.
