I have a customer who would like a VSM (configured as a REST or SOAP service) to time-out and provide an error response (202, 500, 503 or something) when any step inside the VSM either waits for a long time or hangs. Is there a way to specify such a timeout in LISA SV for a VSM or for a Step inside a VSM? A timeout solution for the VSM is preferred.
Just fyi, the customer is experiencing this issue in a REST step (inside the VSM) that is making a REST call to another LISA virtual service.
