TDM - Kindly need help with Data Subsetting and Masking Best Practices Guide

Hi, 

I just started working on TDM space with CA TDM tool. Kindly help with best practices guide for Data Subsetting and Masking if you have any.  

-  How to define Subsetting Strategy for an application/project? What are the things we need to consider with any examples. Or any best practices.
-  Data Masking rules which can be applied for PII elements (any matrix if you have)
