Seedlist for masking through CA TDM portal

We are unable to add a new seed list for masking through CA TDM portal. Can you please suggest a folder where we can add our new list of values and assign masking function to it.

Hi,
    
     You can load the seedlists into a database and then configure the masking seedlist (DB) connection in the Configuration section of the Portal.
