Conditional based masking for certain records in a table

Hi, 

I have a simple scenario where I want to mask Texas state based records first and last name and leave other state records as is.

can you please advise an approach to create a custom function.

Hi,

       If you make a copy of an existing masking function you can add a where clause to only mask values that match the where clause. In my example the where clause is querying a different table for all records that match the query.
